Health and Fitness
Guest Speaker - Olivia Moncrief Eskew, Level Up with Liv Personal Training Services. Christian Singer and Songwriter.
Activities - What does God say about taking care of our bodies? Healthy
food decision making and creating a practical fitness mindset.
Lesson Three - July 22.
How to pursue my spiritual growth and walk with Christ

Social Media & Situational Awareness
Guest Speaker - Jeanette Riley, Butts County Sheriff’s Department, District 5 City of Jackson Councilwoman
Activities - Reviewing social media, what platforms to stay away from, ways to pay better attention to your surroundings when out in public, clean up social media accounts to reflect how God expects us to be (if they have one).
