What do I love about serving in Costa Rica?
The kids! My calling is to be with children in a coaching or teaching role. I love serving anywhere whether it is church, jiu jitsu or where there are kids running around everywhere like Costa Rica! This trip is the highlight of my year.

What do we do while we are there?
There are many opportunities to serve in Costa Rica. Some of the main things we do are help with construction projects, food distribution to people in the surrounding towns, we host vacation Bible school for the children. There is also a men and women’s ministry that we participate in with the church.

How much does the trip cost?
The mission trip costs $2800.
There is also hundreds of more dollars of supplies that our group will take with us. We take arts and crafts, games, coloring books, water, chips, jerky and so much more.
Our coordinator usually creates a sign up genius where all of the families can purchase the supplies closer to the date of our trip.
